Our CNC Turning Department

Our Turning (Lathe) department at KNT Manufacturing is comprised of 3 different work groups
Our CNC Lathe Department is equipped to produce large production quantities or short production runs using a wide variety of materials. In our Turning department we service many different industries. We believe that we have the strictest of Quality processes that meet or go beyond our Customer Requirements.

Our Swiss Screw Machining Department also services many industries that include Opto-Electric, Commercial and High Technology Companies. This department is designed to work closely with our customer’s production and/or assembly schedules. We will adjust our manufacturing schedule to satisfy your JIT delivery or inventory management. This includes distribution to multiple facilities.

5. Two SA-12 Screw Machines

Our Manual Lathe Department is very suitable for low production runs and Highly suitable for R&D Prototype Machining. KNT Manufacturing is also capable of reverse engineering or manufacturing older, out of date components that may not have the current documentation.
